In terms of the interview process, I had to do two 45-minute case interviews, so plan on spending about two hours with the staff.

A entrevista revelou algumas fragilidades, sobretudo na componente de FIT, que me pareceu algo desalinhada e com várias perguntas pouco claras e, por vezes, pouco coerentes entre si. Faltou alguma estrutura e intencionalidade nessa fase, o que acabou por tornar a experiência menos consistente. Ainda assim, o case interview decorreu dentro do esperado, alinhado com o padrão habitual das restantes consultoras, sem surpresas relevantes.
