To be honest company is good but the interview process is very weak. They take several interviews and after every interview there is a long cooling period and suddenly u get a call for next round. It takes approx 3 months just for 4-5 rounds of interviews which they should improve decision making as the candidates sit in a hope that something good will happen and leaves all other offers but all goes in vain finally. They should think from employee perspective. They never let u know what went wrong in interview n u keep on thinking. They should at least let candidates know why were they rejected.

Too long process , also they don't close loop with candidates on whether selected or not. Very slow process of hiring as if positions are not urgent. Need to improve hiring process to match global standards
