Interview process was enjoyable - learnt a lot from the Principal interviewing. The interview resembled a much more relaxed back-and-forth conversation rather than a grilling interview. Make sure to really research the background of the interviewer and prepare accordingly.

Received a non-typical case relating to the public sector services. The maths aspect was not too difficult but due to my lack of previous knowledge on the inner-workings of the public sector, I was not able to offer the most creative recommendations.

A entrevista revelou algumas fragilidades, sobretudo na componente de FIT, que me pareceu algo desalinhada e com várias perguntas pouco claras e, por vezes, pouco coerentes entre si. Faltou alguma estrutura e intencionalidade nessa fase, o que acabou por tornar a experiência menos consistente. Ainda assim, o case interview decorreu dentro do esperado, alinhado com o padrão habitual das restantes consultoras, sem surpresas relevantes.
