I was contacted by recruiter who set up an initial screen. It was a pleasant exchange with typical questions. The recruiter then set up interview with hiring manager. That's where things went off the rails. The hiring manager didn't seem to know they had an interview scheduled. I offered to reschedule, but they actually said "let's just get it over with." Questions were relevant to role, but it was clear they could care less what my answers were. So at some point, I just started answering yes/no. I considered ending the interview as it was a total waste of my time, but thought that would be unprofessional. Not sure why I thought that mattered, given the total lack of professionalism shown by the hiring manager.
