Applied through the website and got a voicemail a week later. Played voicemail tag back and forth for a few days until we were both available at the same time, but eventually I was able to schedule an interview. I went to a panel interview, 4 people on 1 side and me on the other. Each of them took turns asking me questions. They were very friendly and the questions were good questions, not open ended or hard to answer.

The former tech supervisor who was here before named Tonya, was a hard interviewer but she knew what she wanted. My interview lasted about 30 minutes and it was a fast and flowing interview. However, there are two new tech supervisors nowadays and they are a bit young and inexperienced
