The final stage was a 30-minute discussion with the CTO, which included an unexpected technical challenge involving line plotting in a grid with directions, testing TypeScript, algorithms, and problem-solving under time pressure. Feedback was provided honestly, and while I did not receive an offer, the experience highlighted areas for growth.
