The interview process was rushed. The interview lasted an hour, but the technical part took only 20 minutes. There were 3 people at the interview: hr, qa lead and another qa. I don't understand why hr was needed here, who took 20 minutes to describe the company's advantages. There was no interest from the technical specialists.
What was most disappointing was that hr did not return with feedback within the agreed time frame and ignored polite, unobtrusive letters asking to return with feedback.
After the interview, there was a feeling that you did not exist for these people. Such behavior from hr is weird. I don't believe that such a "cool" company does not have template refusals. They do not value your time, they do not care about you, unless you are a senior specialist ready to work as junior.

Very unprofessional! The interviewer kept forgetting the questions, she didn't understand any of the questions she was trying to ask and she only wanted the answer she had written down. Their English was terrible, could barely communicate.
Communication with HR: questions about my work experience and the last project (current tasks, team, processes). Describing the job position, key responsibilities, benefits and very detailed conditions (like relocation) etc.
