The usual driver hour questions etc... then driving assessment then interview. However it was very mechanical and cold . Felt as though they didnt actually want me there even though i was offered a job at the end of the interview. Driving assessor was talking very negatively about the job whilst on the driving assessment They didnt ask for a cv, application form or work history but instead , your offer, you will have you spend 2-3 hours at home filling one out and they have another company who will ask to go through your bank account and hmrc records to check your work history and get references. Very intrusive. You will not be told about through the interview process.
