I had a disappointing experience with Bridge House Advisors' recruitment process. After completing three rounds of interviews and dedicating time and effort including a short writing sample, I was left without any follow-up or communication. It felt incredibly unprofessional to be ghosted even after I attempted to follow up multiple times. Clear and respectful communication is the minimum, and I hope they work on improving this aspect in the future.
