Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Bridgewater Associates (Wilton, CT) nel mese di apr 2015
Colloquio
Phone interview with recruiter. A phone interview with someone from Bridgewater's HR team. A phone interview with another potential team member. Then they asked me to come in person. I was asked to review in detail a document called "Principles" and watch a video series online describing their company (dynamic, strategy, culture) before the interview. It was actually really informative about the company and made me more interested in the potential to work there. Went for an in house interview and really felt like I was being triaged for an extended stay facility..... However, after being subjected to the most aggressive and uncomfortable interview ever, I didn't hear back for 2 weeks and there was eventually no offer. FYI- they tell you as soon as you sit down for your interview that everything you say will be recorded to ensure transparency and that others will be allowed to review the recording to help make a decision if I'm fit for their role.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
Why is transparency important in a company's operations?
Are you willing to adjust your lifestyle to meet the needs of your role at Bridgewater?
