Video interview consisted of 7 questions –– mostly behavioral and one case study. I had the video after I applied. Did not hear back afterwards, which was surprising given that the questions were fairly simple.

To what extent do parents have power over their children's education (i.e. some parents can prevent their children from learning evolution) if you were the governor who is setting those laws?
First round with HR.
Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.

Analytical debate and then further rounds discussing quantitative problems, analytical studies, etc. etc. around 4 to 5 rounds in total and also questions on resume and experience etc etc. not super chill or super intensive, nothing much else to add
