The first round was a group interview with 5 other applicants and 3 Bridgewater associates. The interview took the form of a group discussion around different ethical issues. They also had applicants take a short online interview, and the second round was a more traditional 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 interview also centered on ethical discussion. It was difficult during the hour-long group interview to make yourself stand out, as everyone fought for talking points and the 3 Bridgewater interviewers asserted their own points as well. They also seemed to choose and target specific individuals from the beginning, which made it even more difficult for others to "catch up" and have the chance to stand out.

First round with HR. Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.
