Interview started fine with just simple small talk between the two of us. But before I knew it, they started berating me with questions about why I'm not good enough and what I should have done better. Their interview process is they try to find one of your weaknesses, and barrage you with questions asking you why you didn't do better and what you messed up on. It didn't seem like a job interview. It seemed like I was applying to go to boot camp. Word of advice, if you can't handle pressure and criticism extremely well (and more importantly give it back) then this company is not for you.
