Spoke with the VP of technology. Went to meet him and a co-worker that I was going to replace, both very nice people. Interview went great. A few days later he emailed me for professional references and to also provide a knowledge base document on how to setup an out of office message. He then asked when I could come in to meet the rest of the team. Met with the CEO and VP and thought it went well. I emailed a week later asked for an update, no response. Waited towards the end of the week for another follow up, no response. I’m guessing at this point I didn’t get the job. But at least let me know! I took so much time off from work to attend these interviews, they could at least be respectful and give me a yes or no answer.
