Spoke to recruiter told them I have years of front end web development experience but no Angular experience. He directed me to take a 45 minute Angular skills test. 4 or 5 of the test questions dealt with Angular setup using the Angular CLI which not everyone may utilize. Took the test and never heard from the recruiter again. Perhaps a sign I didn't ace the test. :)
