I had a phone interview and then came to the center for a one on one interview. The one on one lasted for about thirty minutes. After I was brought to the classroom for an hour. I was called a couple days later with an offer.

It was over zoom, and the director (in MD) was very friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. It was informal so it was more of a conversation than an interview
