I had a phone interview after my online application by the recruiting team. Then I was scheduled a face-to-face interview with a local center director. In both the phone and face-to-face interview, questions about strategies of dealing with different situations might happen in the classroom were asked.

With the center director, she was very nice and kind; there was only one round of interview for me. Mainly ask about your experience with children. Received the offer the next day

Initial approximately 15 minute phone screen with recruiter. In person interview with center director occurred fairly quickly after passing phone screen. In person interview involved tour and an observation opportunity.
