Telephone screening calls were excellent and got a great feeling about the company from Clair. Asked to come into the offices for face to face with the Head of Sales and Co. Founder. This was a poor experience by virtue of the founder being more interested in his phone (asked a question then looked at his phone whilst I answered) very rude in my book. He then disappeared out of the room after 10 mins and came back a while later and proceded to spend time making derogatory remarks about general hybrid working (which i hadnt even asked about or mentioned), and general poor productivity of the UK workforce. Again no relevance to me or my reason for being there. Nick (Head of Sales) was fine and asked me all the relevant questions. Paid attention and made notes.
