Long and very detailed. Several test and background checks as well as drug screen and doctors check up. Three part interview paperwork, orientation and one on interview. Checked and refresher on CPR basic first aid and overall knowledge.
standard interview questions, it was in a group- we filled out a lot of paperwork while we were being interviewed and had a skills section at the end. during the interview, we had to answer questions about rules and things - we went around the room with information boards and had to answer the questions on a piece of paper

Great interview process. Phone interview asking why and how I got into the healthcare field. Was asked what my schedule and availability is. Once position was offered I did orientation in person. Very personable team, caring, highly motivating and encouraging.

They lied about the $2/hr for working in a facility. They do not listen when you tell them you don't want facility work. They act very positively until they hire you and then they could care less.
