Very brief, expectations were to have a conversation to get to know me not an interview. Asked 4 questions and ended the phone call. The recruiter was reading off a script and did not engage with me I felt unwelcomed to learn about the company itself.

3 rounds of interviews all conducted by a different person. Recruiter is usually very involved with follow ups and pre interview check ins. My recruiter did end up quitting with out any notice though.

I set up a into phone call with a member of the HR team that I had found on linkedin. The call was simply started off by asking about myself and my experience. Then why I want to be in sales and what would make me a good fit for the role.
