I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to take a personality test. They seem to rely heavily on a personality test to at least get the initial interview. Once I "passed" the personality test, then I was invited for a phone interview. The recruiter and the interviewer were very nice and pleasant, and it was a very positive experience overall even though I was not offered a position.
