The interview process was great! Starting with the recruiter, who was very well informed of the requirements of the job and was able to convey very clearly the culture of the company and how the process would follow. It's a big responsibility, so I had four more interviews with people from different organizations, and after each session I was even more convinced that I wanted to work at Brightspeed. After the last interview, the offer only took a couple of days and it had everything that I had discuss with the recruiter, so I just had to read it once and accept it.
