I applied online and recieved a call about a week later. Phone interview with the hiring manager followed by a face to face interview. I then received a call to meet with an HR rep and the VP of the west. I thought the interviews went well, I contacted a week later to complete a 'skills' test. The following week I was asked to complete a background check. I was told that if that came out clear I would have an offer "on friday" I recieved a copy of the background and all was clear. I did not here back for over a week. I emailed and called but did not get any replies. I finally recieved an email stating that they are "holding off" on hiring for this position. I would have rated the interview experience higher if the communication piece would have been there.
