All in all it was a thoroughly enjoyable day. I'm not going to go into the details of what to expect as other recent posts cover this quite nicely. However, from a personal standpoint there are a couple of things which will be absolutely crucial: - Talk to people and be friendly and approachable (hold doors open, offer to get water etc) - When around assessors, boast about how much you're enjoying the selection process and how many new people you've met. - Don't take out your phone if possible and wear a watch. As for the role play, eye contact with the assessor is key and as they will probably be sitting down, bend down to their height. Although customer service is crucial if they really are trying to bend the rules or policy assertiveness will also get you brownie points. In the group interview being the time keeper will be a massive advantage. Otherwise be sure to include those who are perhaps a little quieter and also compliment other people's ideas.
