The assessment centre was group work. Its difficult to give you opinion when other people are talking over you and they didnt want to listen. So I dunno how they can assess you on other people. Not very fair.

Assessment centre's aren't for everyone and can prove difficult in a room full of mixed personalities, but be assured that our assessors are looking at all interactions in the room, both verbal and non-verbal. I was invited along to a relaxed group assessment, this was followed by a more formal interview a week later, which was competency and behavioural based. The interviewers were very friendly and put me at ease.

Quite a simple interview, normal questions asked e.g experience, what would you do if …. , spoke about company benefits and their DNA. This was all done via teams due to Covid-19.
