This was a 2 stage interview process after a cv and cover letter application. First was the portfolio review and introductions through teams call with the design lead. Second was a prepared design challenge with two team members
Poor communication leading up to interview from recruitment team. They went silent for over a month between the 1st and 2nd interviews. I was eventually called back in for second interview which involved an interview and very short tour of the site.
