This was some time ago now but, I really liked the interview process I experienced at Brook Street. I was new to recruitment and it was my first recruitment interview but we had a nice informal chat and I answered some questions which were related to the role but also in an effort to get to know me. I was then given a scenario and left for around 10 mins to prep. Essentially it was to see if I could sell. I got feedback immediately, the negatives and positives and was then offered the job, for which I had to neg. a bit on the basic salary. We met in the middle and I felt it was somewhere I would enjoy working as there was a little room for the individual. I also liked that there weren't multiple rounds of interview.
