      The process began with a 15-minute interview which was actually closer to 10 minutes but was simple and straightforward enough, without any probing questions or details ("tell me (very little) about yourself" etc). The next step of the process was a take-home project. As is often the case, the instructions suggested that the process should take no longer than around 2 hours. However, this seems incredibly unrealistic as you are being asked to solo-learn their no-code software and build a basic CRUD app with it. I spent around 2 workdays on the project as I wanted to submit a product that I was proud of. From there I was moved on to the final interview (without any feedback being given regarding the app). This final interview is 2 parts, the first hour is a case study immediately followed up by an HR interview. As noted in other reviews here, the case study was.. a painful process to say the least. It seemed very poorly designed, and in spite of the fact that I had put several hours into studying their product and offerings, I can't imagine how someone could succeed at this case study without already knowing exactly what Bubble is looking for. I spent almost an hour asking questions before I got to the "right" path of problem-solving. The entire process is incredibly unnerving and I can't imagine the host enjoys it either (she certainly projected as much throughout our time). The final hour is an HR interview which was delightful and simple. I was not offered a role regardless of having experience in customer service and technology.

      I applied online via a form, I later received an email telling me how I could schedule the first meeting and so I did. The first meeting was done by a recruiter from Bubble who was very nice but seemed distracted and not really listening to my replies. After this first meeting, they've sent me a take home assignment (Build a simple Bubble app). Fortunately I am a Bubble developer for many years and I finished this assignment in 2/3 hours but I can see how many people take a week to do it. After delivering my take home assignment, they sent me another link to schedule my second interview which was a 2 hour interview divided in 2 parts: first they would present me a case study of a customer support query and ask me to write a reply. second I would have a talk with more team members about my personal life and share life experiences. I have to say that this interview was a bit tedious but I got to speak about my life experience and test my Bubble knowlege a bit .. At the end I wasn't selected. After spending 5/6 hours of my time (after work hours) on this process they just sent me an automated email saying I wasn't selected. This interview process is flawed, gives people hope because there are so many steps that you think "if I've made this far..." but no, they just discard you at the end with a simple automated email. I must say I was a bit angry not because I was not selected but because I felt used and discarded in a cold way.

      Had a call to discuss my background and was given a take home assignment to build an app using their software. All in all this was a terrible experience with no respect for people's time. If you are going to have people spent 8+ hours on a project for an interview you should probably think about compensating them for their time.

      Hi, and thank you for your comments regarding our Success Associate interview process. The take-home portion of the interview is something we give all candidates a week to work on; and some are returned within a day, while others complete the following week. It is up to the candidate to manage their schedule and communicate to us any updates or misalignment in the investment of time for them. We continue to keep an eye on every stage of the candidate experience and value your opinion!

      A month after I applied I got an email to set up a 15 minute phone call. The next day I was asked to submit an assignment in the following week, upon doing so I never heard from them again and they never looked at my project.
