I interviewed after replying to a Craigslist ad. They were a brand new company and I was the first Ambassador they hired. I interviewed with the manager, the guy right below the two men who own the company, at the coffee shop that was also owned by one of the owners that the first Buda Juice stand was in. It was really casual and he was nice and easy to talk to. He explained the job and got to know me through small talk just so that we both could judge if this was something I could do and wanted to do. He hired me on the spot and gave me my uniform and paperwork.
