I applied online, got an email few days later with a link to go to codility, didn't pass, it's simple yet I'm not well prepared, also not accustomed by the platform

The process is taking one month until I started my first day here. It takes 3 level process interview. First, it's with HR department. Second is user interview that I had to finish the task that given from their senior frontend engineer in 2 hours. Third or the last step is with their VP of engineering and senior PM, in this step I had to finish the coding task in 3 hours.
