I had two interviews in May 2022. The first telephone interview went well so I was invited for a second interview with my to-be line manager on zoom. The interview went well, and I was told I would hear back within a few days. I never EVER heard back. I sent multiple email reminders asking for feedback or any sort of response but I was basically ghosted. The interviewer was visibly taken aback once she saw my race on camera — and even though I had all the right experience it seems my background trumped all. HR did not respond to any of my numerous emails asking for feedback. Terrible experience. Avoid like the plague (especially if you’re non-white)
