I've applied for a receptionist role at Beckenham dental practice just over a week ago (24th of September). I got an application confirmation email straight back. I than got a missed call yesterday at 4pm, which I saw after practice closing hours. I called next day (today) to be told the role was filled. The dental practice did not leave any message with their missed call yesterday, so I could have not seen it, but I did and google searched the number to know who called. If the role was taken or not, I feel bitter that the recruitment process of so called best employer by Forbes (2020), two Gold awards at the prestigious UK Employee Experience Awards 2023, and other famous awards, is not as the awards are promoting, because the recruiting process is unorganized, random, accidental. We take time to apply, to read and know about your company .. anyway. Good luck with the business. You are lucky we all need teeth treatment. Best, Anonym
