Hiring process was easy as I was already an employee. After working there for about a year, I was asked to become an hourly shift coordinator. I accepted the job and began to receive training from the restaurant manager and district manager.

The location was an actual Burger King restaurant (not where I was employed though. The interview process took a total of about 10 minutes I sat down with the regional manager. We of course discussed my work history and mt experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. I was selected once this interview was completed to receive a call from the human resources consultant. Once we spoke I then received word from the regional manager for my starting first day.
