3 Rounds of Interviews - Phone (Behavioural), Phone (Analytical), then in-person "Super-Day" when they fly you to Miami offices for a full day. Super-day including speed-interviews with about 5 different level employees, a business game where you try to increase the profits of your store in different continents, and more in-depth interviews including a case about streamlining a process. Then they made a cut before allowing those who made to continue to more interviews, including a one-minute pitch to top level employees.

Started with one on one interviews and at the end it was a panel with the CEO which was very odd and uncomfortable. The whole process just felt very aggressive and it was made clear you end up getting whatever job they need you for, not necessarily what you sign up or for or are interested in
