Colloquio
ON the phone after submitting Resume and going through on-line Questions. Tends to be an interview process for each job as they figure out whether you fit or not ... They are trying to re-create the rigor of putting a person on a project per BCG/Bain but without really knowing too much about the person: inevitably it can't be a s good. This makes it harder for them to staff teams versus people

I was contacted on LinkedIn by someone on their sales team and then asked to fill out their online profile (15-20 min). Afterwards they scheduled in a phone chat, sent through an NDA which clearly stated that it was necessary to sign in order for their to "speak freely about project details."
After about 10 minutes of hearing about a role they had very few details about I asked directly of what company it was with, and was told that I would only find out right before the client interview, if they decided that should get to that stage. I reminded the interviewer that I'd signed an NDA, but would be unable to continue the conversation if they wouldn't tell me who I'd be interviewing for. Conversation had to end there since they wouldn't tell me.
The interviewer clearly didn't understand consulting and the fact that they won't allow you to know who you're interviewing for was ridiculous. I've worked with the top tech companies on the planet and there wasn't this level of secrecy. Who interviews for a gig while not knowing who the company is?

Domanda 1
No questions, they just talked about a vague project and a vague company. Wouldn't even say the job title of the person doing the hiring.
