Applied to ButterflyMX recently. A member of their talent acquisition team emailed me to schedule an initial phone call and asked me to send my availability over. I responded with my availability the same day I was offered the phone interview and never got a response. A few days later, I followed up and provided additional availability to make the call easier to schedule... Still never got a response. I really don't understand why they offered me a phone interview if they had no intentions to follow through with it.

It was an easy conversation about the role and what it would involve. There were 4 rounds total and they wanted to make sure you understood the role, and as long as you sell yourself right they will listen and understand. Do research into the role and company before that.
