Interview in person with a team of three. Pm manager, PE manager, and one other. Declined offer due to extremely broadly worded noncompete agreement I didn’t feel comfortable with. Building and people seem nice.

Apliqué en la bolsa de trabajo de mi escuela, al día siguiente tuve entrevista con RH y a la semana próxima con el manager, me hicieron pruebas psicométricas. Durante la entrevista presencial me hicieron un examen escrito.
Quite basic, not really any technical questions, mostly a culture fit, talked about roughly my past engineering experience, why did I chose Prague and got in return an in -depth description of the job and of the opportunities

Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand per Zoom statt. Der Verlauf war klassisch, ich bin durch die Stationen meines Lebenslaufs gegangen und danach fand ein Fragen-und-Antworten Teil statt. Das Gespräch wurde teils auf Deutsch und teils auf Englisch durchgeführt, mit einer eher lockeren Atmosphäre.
