Applied online. Did an initial phone screening then came into the office in Austin, TX and interviewed with the branch manager. He was nice and said he would get back to me personally, but then I got an email from the recruiter a few days after saying I wasn’t offered the position. Didn’t get a chance to see what went wrong during the interview. The denial was very cut & dry. Disappointed since I felt like the interview went well.

First interview is on the phone second is with a couple employees and third interview is with the managers. Easy going interviews. They are kind and answer all your questions.
