I was initially contacted and screened by a senior recruiter with CH Robinson. I quickly build rapport with the senior recruiter. She was very open, considerate and authentic with her approach which made a great first impression of the organization. Then, I had a panel telephone interview (which included the hiring manager). I was then invited to Minneapolis for a final round of interviews and job fit testing.
