Had the interview with the Owner and Head Accountant. Everything was fairly straight forward and amicable. It was definitely more of a traditional interview where the approach, style of conversation, and intent to hire was as one would expect. The Owner is very much abides very much by older/traditional discourse, culture, and business-sense.
