Interview process was pretty straight forward. There was a job fair being held the next day and applicants were encouraged to attend for in person interviews. I went and the first red flag was that the job posting had an address but failed to mention that the building has a different name than Carvana. So I wasted 10-15 minutes trying to find the location. Second red flag is even though I applied, received emails concerning my application and invite to the in person interview, no one had my information when I arrived. Interviewed and everything seemed good. First interview was completed then I was asked to wait to interview with the manager himself. All went well I thought. I was promised to be notified one way or the other once all interviews were completed. The hiring manager even specifically stated he would not ghost me as he understands that it is only fair I hear back after all the preparation put into the interview process. Never heard a word from them again.
