I applied online and about 2 months later I was contacted about the job by a phone interview. She explained the logistics of the job and asked me a few typical questions. After that, I was scheduled for an interview with the manager of my market and we met for coffee and discussed Carvana, my values and my resume. Following this interview, I was able to schedule a Skype interview with the manager of my state (although it ended up being a phone interview) and about 2 hours later I was given an offer.

Contacted via text on the interview process, and information was not clear on the interview process. Was not sure whom I was texting, and when I asked for a name, the individual did not provide a name so assumed I was texting chatbots. Texts claimed I would be interviewing in person with 2 hiring managers, however, after the interview ended with the 2 hiring managers ended up interviewing a separate time with higher-ups with a total of 4 people and for a total of an hour for the combined two interviews. Maybe this process didn't apply to everyone, but I did not appreciate the under-communication.

Straight forward, use STAR to answer any questions and be yourself. They basically ask about previous customer service experience and how you handle different situations. This position is on the road driving a truck so make sure you are comfortable with that.

How have you handled a difficult customer experience?
Quick and Easy! The process took 2 weeks which was great! Interviewing should not take more then that as some companies will go as long as 2 months. Very happy with the process.
