The interview process was first a phone interview and then an in-person interview at the Tempe headquarters. The phone interview was simple and short. The in-person consisted of three 1:1 interviews with different members of the leadership team of the related position department. Before the 3 interviews, you're given a tour of the office. The whole process lasted for about two hours. The interviewers made me extremely comfortable and were very laid back, definitely helped calm my nerves a lot. Each interview consists of several questions then allows time for you to ask them questions. Definitely recommend asking them as many questions as possible. The questions asked were very basic. The last interview was with a senior position and asked a few application questions for the position.
