The interview process I had with Carvana was hands down, the best interview process I have ever had. The recruiter, Amanda, was friendly, efficient and very easy to communicate with. The interview process consisted of one phone screen, one phone interview and an afternoon of in person interviews. The final interview was on campus and I met with six individuals in the organization. Everyone I met during my final round of interviews was extremely friendly, knowledgable and seemed truly excited about their position and the new role they were looking to fill on the team. I have never felt more welcome or relaxed during interviews. I was offered a position two business days after the final interviews. During those two days Amanda had sent an email to let me know the team was gathering feedback. The position I was offered was not the position I had originally interview for. I was offered a role as an HR Specialist based on the teams feedback after the interviews. This stuck out to me because they are truly dedicated to making sure that the right people in the right positions in their organization. I would highly recommend applying for and interviewing with Carvana if you are given the opportunity to do so.
