In my entire professional career, I have never experienced such a lack of communication and professionalism as I have with the Talent Management Team of Carvana. I applied to the role and almost immediately received a response for an interview. However, I wish I had declined the invitation, as they did not respect my time throughout the process. After agreeing to a set schedule for the interview, I made sure I was well prepared and ready as I was excited for the role. 10 minutes after our agreed on interview slot, the talent manager calls and leaves a voice message after only one ring. I immediately called back but no answer and decided to follow up with an email to make sure we can continue with the interview. I never received a response after attempting to reach the talent manager on 3 different occasions. One week later, after failing to reach back out to me to conduct the interview that we had scheduled, I received a rejection email stating my qualifications did not meet the position they were hiring for… without even interviewing me. Please save yourself the time and effort and avoid applying to a company that does not respect your time and ghosts you
