I was initially contacted by phone and had a converstation with a recruiter this was followed up by a zoom interview with a GM and an AGM. Then a site visit with the GM. Followed up with another Zoom meeting with a Regional Director. and then later Another Zoom Meeting with Another Regional Director and a A Director of Talent. 5 interviews over several weeks. Be advised there was not one minority through this process. Not an Asian. Blk or Spanish
