I got a phone call from a manager in training from another store to come in for an interview. He did not conduct the interview, but sent another team member to ask me a list of very basic 6th grade questions. After he was impressed with my responses, the manager came to ask some of the same questions i just answered with little to no variance. I was offered the job on the spot.
