First round was an initial video interview with timed question and response. Second and final round was their Super Day which consisted of 3 30 minute interviews with different brokerage teams. Super Day began with 30 minute mingling and introductions then 30 minute interviews began. Interviews were fairly resume based and behavioral, really gauged interest in the position, skills, and knowledge. Questions generally assessed fit as well as interest in company and industry.
2 rounds- hr and team......, it was very pleasant to interview with them, very nice people loved the vibe, got an offer the difficualty was average tell me anything you want to know more
I reached out to a project director via LinkedIn and then I got an interview. Direct application through their portal dint help me to get to the interview process. Luckily the project director was very reaponsive and friendly.

Asked a lot of behaviorals. People were very nice and helpful. Was also quite selective with the process. Recruiter is great and very communicative so I always knew where I stood in the process. Heard back a couple days after my interview
