I got a phone interview in which they asked about commercial awareness, past experiences, situational questions etc. The lady was friendly and it was overall a good experience. It takes around 20 minutes to complete and the questions are what you would normally expect. Important to be commercially aware.

Positive. Two group activities with same team members. Both dynamics focused more on knowledge of the company and its values rather than on technicals. Time limit. Presentation skills and group work are important.

It was an assessment centre including two group tasks. I felt extremely uncomfortable and marginalized during the process. One candidate took the leader role without asking others’ opinion.She led the whole group discussion but she didn’t divide the task or give others equal opportunities to speak. Also during the presentation session, another candidate just took my part. I was shocked and didn’t know what to do at that moment. Everyone just wanted to show themselves and deprive others’ chance. It was not what I expected ( teamwork&collaborarion). It just showed me how ugly people can be when facing competition and I did learn that lesson as they were successful at AC stage.
