Phone interview and then in person interview including an excel test. Excel test involved manipulating a given data set and interpreting said data. The interview itself was simple, normal questions about yourself, your background, why this company, why this role etc.

Application round, if you get passed through. Then a round of video interviews where you are given prompts and have 30 seconds to prep and 90 seconds per question. Then the brokers get to select who they interview and you interview with them.
